APPARATUS (EQUIPMENT) SESSION
The Ultimate in personal Pilates training. Enjoy a private lesson, utilizing all of the Pilates equipment:
the Universal Reformer, Trapeze Table and Wunda Chair. Excellent for the beginning to super-advanced student;
the focus is on what goals you want to achieve. Ideal for those who desire personal training and have specific needs,
such as weight loss and control, pre-and post pregnancy fitness, neck and back pain relief, and injury rehabilitation.
SEMI-PRIVATE APPARATUS (EQUIPMENT) SESSION
The benefits of a private apparatus session yet shared with a partner. Individualized attention and an intimate atmosphere
will help you achieve your fitness goals and perfect your Pilates practice.
GROUP APPARATUS (EQUIPMENT) SESSION
This progressive class is for the INTERMEDIATE Pilates client, who has completed a minimum of 4-6 private or semi-private
sessions and/or has received the
permission of the instructor to attend. This low impact workout consists of basic Pilates movements and principles, such
as "core" control, correct breathing, and proper body alignment with smooth, continuous movements for all muscle groups.
Traditional exercises and variations are performed on the Pilates Reformers and Springboards (springboard exercises
replicate a work-out practiced on the Trapeze Table or "Cadillac"). The class will move in unison and is led by an
instructor. The pace is quick and students are responsible for
changing springs and making machine adjustments during the workout. Advanced classes require approval by instructor to attend.
Class size is limited to five & reservations are required. No shows will be charged if session is not cancelled within 24-hours.
Appointments are required for all Private, Semi-Private Apparatus Sessions,
the Total Reformer and Pilates Springboard Classes. No shows will be charged if a session is not cancelled within 24-hours.
