Mat Pilates

This challenging floor workout engages your core, and enhances your strength and flexibility. Free weights, foam rollers, Therabands, Magic Circles, fitness balls, and other props add variety to the traditional sequence of mat Pilates exercises. No previous Pilates experience is necessary to enjoy Mat Pilates – this class is fun and challenging for all levels.

Class size is limited and reservations are required. Please note that no-shows will be charged if the session is not cancelled within 24-hours.

Dynamic Pilates

Though Dynamic Pilates utilizes many of the classical Pilates Mat exercises, newly developed exercises add an intense cardio element to this workout, keeping the heart rate up with increased repetitions. Like traditional mat Pilates, Dynamic Pilates helps to create long, lean muscles. Free weights, foam rollers, Therabands, Magic Circles, fitness balls, and other props add variety and allow for a full body workout. This class is fun and challenging for all levels – get ready to sweat and burn those calories!
